OWN ACCORD currently ships to eligible addresses within the United States. Available delivery options and charges are displayed at checkout. International shipping and local pickup are not available.
Our pieces are made to order through Apliiq. Please allow approximately 10 business days for production before dispatch, plus approximately 3–7 business days in transit for standard delivery within the contiguous United States. Other US destinations may take longer. Business days exclude weekends and holidays.
These are planning estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Garment availability, artwork approval, orders with multiple designs, and busy periods may affect timing. A product-specific estimate shown before purchase takes precedence. A dated delivery estimate at checkout includes the configured processing allowance; do not add production time to that date again.
Shipping charges are based on the items in your order and the delivery destination and are shown before payment. We will email tracking details when your order ships. A label may be created before the carrier receives the parcel; use the tracking link for updates.
Items, including pieces of the Visionary Bundle, may ship separately. You will receive tracking for each shipment. We will not add shipping charges after checkout without your agreement.
If we cannot ship within the timeframe stated when you ordered, we will contact you with an updated estimate and applicable options to accept the delay or cancel for a full refund. If an item becomes unavailable, we will contact you rather than substitute it without your approval.
Check your address carefully before placing an order. For corrections, damage, or missing or delayed packages, email contact@wearownaccord.com with your order number. Address changes may not be possible once fulfillment has progressed. Any customer-requested reshipping cost will be explained before you agree to it.
